Global Telecom & Technology Enters Strategic Agreement With Fiber Provider INDATELgroup To Bring National and International Connectivity To Underserved U.S. Rural Markets

MCLEAN, Va., April 3, 2008 – Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”), (OTCBB: GTLT), a global Multi-Network Operator (MNO), announced today that it has entered a strategic agreement with INDATELgroup to provide bandwidth solutions to multiple underserved rural markets across America.

The agreement enables GTT to extend its global network reach into the heartland of America, providing national and international connectivity to numerous strategic rural markets. The partnership also allows INDATELgroup to purchase GTT’s connectivity solutions in locations outside of their current 23-state fiber footprint. With over 100,000 Points of Presence (POPs) in its multi-network footprint, GTT will offer INDATELgroup its full breadth of WAN solutions and services.

“This agreement reinforces the value proposition of our Multi-Network Operator strategy,” said Richard D. Calder, Jr., GTT’s president and CEO. “GTT’s mission is to provide multi-carrier or multi-service bandwidth solutions to customers around the globe, in ways that no single facilities-based carrier can. By combining the power of GTT’s global network reach with INDATELgroup’s strategic rural fiber footprint, we can offer a breadth of viable network alternatives to our customers.”

INDATELgroup president Max Huffman said "We couldn't be more pleased with our partnership with GTT. This agreement will enable INDATELgroup-member companies to offer their customers network solutions beyond traditional state boundaries - into markets across the U.S., and around the world.”
