On October 16, 2006, Mercator Partners announced the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Global Internetworking, Inc. and European Telecommunications & Technology Limited.
The new company has been re-named Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. ("GTT") and operates under the GTT brand. GTT intends to submit an application for listing on The NASDAQ Market. Until that time, the company's public shares are listed on The OTC Bulletin Board- OTCBB: GTLT. Note: Prior to November 29, 2006 the Company's share traded under the ticker: MPAQ. The OTC Bulletin Board symbol for each of GTT's securities is as follows:
