MCLEAN, Va., May 8, 2008 – Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. (“GTT”), (OTCBB: GTLT), a leading global Multi-Network Operator (MNO), today announced that Continental AG (“Continental”), (GR: CON), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of automotive parts, has awarded GTT a contract to support its network expansion into the United States.

The agreement calls for GTT to extend Continental’s North American network reach with Ethernet and IP-based connectivity. With targeted annual sales of more than €26.4 billion in 2008, Continental employs approximately 150,000 people in 36 countries worldwide.

This contract expands the existing portfolio of services GTT currently provides for the German-based multi-national corporation, including clear channel private line connectivity and mobility solutions, the latter of which supports Continental’s nearly 6,000 worldwide remote and traveling employees.
