Global Telecom & Technology, Inc. is looking to grow its Finance department with the addition of a dedicated receivables and collections analyst to manage global receivables and collections.
Responsibilities include:
• Processing all A/R related functions that may include and are not limited to:
• Receivables accounting experience
• Matching customer payments to open invoices
• Customer collections
• Maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets
• Responding to collections and billing inquiries
• Participating in month end close processes
• Assisting with other duties as requested to support finance and operations department
• Capable and willing to start at 7 AM or earlier to work with our international customers
Qualifications/Skills:
• Detail oriented with the ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines
• Highly dependable with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Independent, resourceful, takes initiative
• Excel spreadsheet knowledge is a must
• Bachelors degree in Business or Accounting preferred
• 3 - 5+ years receivables accounting experience required
• 3 - 5+ years collections experience required
• Experience with Navision accounting (preferred but not required)
• German language skills a plus
