GTT: A Better Approach to Service Management

GTT’s services are backed by comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLA) and a 24/7 multi-lingual Network Operations Center (NOC) to ensure end-to-end support and coverage for your services.

In order to facilitate the customer experience, GTT has developed CMD, a proprietary software tool to assist with network design, management, and pricing. CMD combines databases of international network infrastructure, GTT’s negotiated wholesale contracts, and Operational Support System (OSS) functionality to provide a diverse range of cost-effective solutions.

Customers can service their account online using our web-based Insight Customer Portal. Insight allows customers to retrieve information on service contracts and schedules, invoices, as well as detailed monthly reports. Customers also enjoy the following features: installation project tracking, change control, and fault reporting.
